The Space

Walk in to a bright, open space featuring a fully-equipped kitchen with an island perfect for cooking while chatting with friends in the living room and enjoying the view through the floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the balcony. Once your stay is winding down for the evening refresh yourself in our luxurious bathrooms equipped with double vanity sinks and spacious tubs to relax in. At the end (or maybe beginning) of your evening dive into our plush and cozy beds (with extra blankets just to add that extra snooze factor) or make yourself at home in our massive walk-in closets perfect for laying out your outfit for tomorrow’s business meeting or your night out with friends.

While this home is allowed to host short term travelers, to ensure safety for the broader community of residents we require additional security measures for all guests staying in this property. We expect for all of our guests to respect the residents that live in the building full-time. Getting Around

We highly recommend using ride-sharing services namely, Uber & Lyft. The Local offers a free shuttle service on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7pm-2am within a 3 mile radius. How it works: 1. Request your driver's number through the Airbnb communication's thread with your host. Driver will give estimated time for arrival or pick up. 2. To gain access on shuttle, you will need to present your Live Like a Local Keychain!

Staying Rules

• **PLEASE NOTE: For safety and security, we require the reserving guest to submit a photo of themselves (e.g. selfie) holding a valid ID or driver's license. This is a non-negotiable requirement**
• If any guest requires access before your arrival they must be added to your reservation with a verified Airbnb profile. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these requirements please do not hesitate to let us know.
• To ensure an optimal home away from home experience, please review the following house rules:
• 1. As our guest, you have the opportunity to be a part of a great community! This is NOT a hotel. We expect for all of our guests to respect the residents that live in the building.
• 2. Sunday - Thursday quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. Friday - Saturday quiet hours start at 11:00pm.

• 4. DO NOT USE WHITE TOWELS FOR MAKEUP REMOVAL. Please use the grey face towels for makeup removal. Any towels found missing or used for make-up removal will be reported as a damaged item and will be charged to your security deposit.
• 5. Guests must be 21 years old or older to reserve this unit.
• 6. Furniture and household items should be handled with care and not removed from the home. Please inform your assigned host of damages and/or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
• 7. Early check-in (before 4:00pm) and late check-out (after 12:00pm) are determined by availability. There is a $25 charge per hour for all late check-outs.
